BOOKING TERMS
Confirmation
1. Your booking on any master class is confirmed by Nuparc’s receipt of a signed copy of this registration form. All bookings are subject to these terms and conditions.
2. Full payment for the master class fee is required within 14 days of the booking and can be made by bank transfer, cheque or credit card. If for whatever reason, payment has still not been received by the day prior to the master class date, then the delegate will be unable to sit the master class and the booking shall be treated as acancellation received less than 28 days before the master class date and subject to clause 4.2
3. Where applicable, master class fees are subject to English Value Added Tax at the prevailing rate.
4. Cancellation
Any cancellation must be received in writing and will be subject to the following charges.
4.1 A cancellation received more than 28 days prior to the master class date will be charged at 50% of the master class fee.
The remaining 50% may be refunded or the delegate can opt to attend another master class which is of an equal or lesser fee than the originally booked master class. In the event that the newly booked master class is of a lesser fee, there is no provision for a refund.
4.2 A cancellation received less than 28 days before the master class date will be charged at the full 100% of the master class fee.
4.3 In the event that a participant is unable to attend the master class or does not attend on the day then this is treated as a cancellation received less than 28 days before the master class date.
5. Transfers
A transfer request onto an alternative master Class or future class date must be received in writing by Nuparc. All transfers will be subject to the following charges:
5.1 A transfer request received more than 28 Days prior to the master class date will incur no additional fees, except where the new master class is of a higher price than the original class.
5.2 A transfer request received between 14 and 28 days prior to the master class date will be charged at an additional 20% of the original master class fee plus any additional fees due to the new master class being at a higher price than the original master class.
5.3 A transfer request received less than 14 days before the master class date will be charged at an additional 50% of the original master class fee plus any additional fees due to the new master class being at a higher price than the original master class.
5.4 In order for the transfer to be allowed, payment of any additional fees must be made in accordance with Clause 2.
6. Other
In the event that Nuparc has to make a change to the master class in terms of the date, venue, content, expert, or the class is permanently cancelled for any reason whatsoever, the delegate shall receive a credit voucher for 100% of the fees paid. All vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months and may be redeemed against any other master class of a same or lesser price.
7. Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
