Payment Terms
Bookings will only be confirmed once Nuparc are in receipt of payment, Bookings and payments can be made either on line with a Visa or MasterCard, or by emailing the training department on financialtraining@nuparc.com to confirm your booking and requesting an invoice which is subject to 14 day payment terms.All bookings are subject to Value Added Tax at 17.5%

Cancellation

Cancellations that are received in writing more than 28 days before the course date will not be subject to any fees.
Cancellations that are received in writing between 14 and 28 days before the course date will be subject to 50% of the course fee.Cancellations that are received in writing less than 14 days before the course date will be subject to 100% of the course fee.In the event that a delegate fails to attend a course, this is treated as a cancellation.

Course transfer / Delegate substitution
Course transfer or delegate substitution requests that are received in writing more than 28 days before the course date will not be subject to any additional course fees.
Course transfer or delegate substitution requests that are received in writing within between 14 and 28 days before the course date will be subject to an additional 25% of the course fee.Course transfer or delegate substitution requests that are received in writing less than 14 days before the course date will be subject to an additional 50% of the course fee.

Other

In the event of course postponement, venue change or for any reason whatsoever, the delegate shall receive a credit voucher for 100% of the course fee which is valid to be used against any other available Nuparc course for a period of 12 months. 


Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts
